Vision Studios LLC Software that doesn't work and Poor costumer service... Clayton, North Carolina
I've purchase some software back in August 14, 2008 for my son for a particular FPS game named (Call Of Duty 4) with the intention that I would get this for my son by request and I didn't trust this site at all. I should have gone my gut feeling on this from the beginning.
This was for specific online FPS game cheat that my son wanted and I've set the software per instructions on the site, which Vision Studios LLC owns a sub-company (www.fpscheats.com).
This was the purchase below with Paypal.

Which indicated there is a "Life Time Members Subscription" for the website and access to this software. Regardless to say this was a rip-off scam by the Vision Studios LLC. The software worked for a brief time and then stop working. Then I started getting revolving charges on my account that wasn't even explained by the company's policies. I had to disputed the charges with Paypal.com and get my money back, which they kindly pay me back.
Then I was banned from there website. I've requested my refund from this company on the so-called Life Time Subscription fee of one hundred dollars. I've received a few e-mails from there moderators and owner explaining a sudo made up policy on why I was banned from this website and strip of this so-called access to this software. I've requested my refund and I've gotten allot grief from this experience. Watch out for this site. I've been shafted out of $100 bucks from this company with no explanation. This will be a lesson learn. Beware buyers.

I purchased just a one month subscription thankfully and it has not worked one single day that I have had it! Let that be a lesson learned to all these kids out here. If you are a parent researching for your kid to make sure they are not getting ripped off, please don't invest in this crap!
This cheat or hack was purchased specifically for the game combat arms. The game Combat Arms works just fine without the hack running, however with the hack running it crashes every time. I went through numerous steps to fix this as suggested and nothing from their support has helped at all. They say its the fault of the game, but yet the game works flawlessly without the hack?
Sorry, but that makes no sense at all. It's the fault of the coders and their incompetent ability... period.
Buyers, stay far away from this nonsense!

If you pay for VIP forum access you'll find lots of complaints, but beware the moderators will ban or remove anyone that complains too much. They stifle any complaints in a very juvenile manner (I suspect the moderators are kids) and ban anyone who really complains -- with no refund given. The company claims you don't pay for the software, you pay for forum access and since the forum is always up, they have satisfied their end of the deal. It's like buying a faulty cell phone in a box that only works part of the time but the company tells you that you you actually paid for the box and the phone is free. Since there's nothing wrong with the box then you don't get your money back. The company apparently has only ONE coder who works on the software and he's in Australia. Since I've been a member for several months, the software has worked only half the time and downtime is lengthy. The company is making hundreds of thousands of dollars based on their membership claims and a smart attorney would look at a class action suit.

Hi, Sorry you had a bad experience with our website. We DO always work with users and set things right. We can't just charge you via paypal for revolving charges as you said - "started getting revolving charges on my account" because PayPal handles the payments, methods, etc not us. Maybe what happened was you tried to use your cheat on a different computer which locks it because your not allowed to share the software. If that happened a $10 reset fee is required which it looks like you may have tried to do. We only ban a member from the website if they take their money back because they already downloaded our software. So if you were banned it was because you did just that. Anyway I am very sorry you were not happy. If you tried to Email us we ask you simply give us time to reply as we get 500+ emails a day. Regards, FPSCHEATS Admin Staff
