Visionary Property Investments - Charles And Kim Petty Visionary Property Investments OMG..Still Scamming after all these years!!! Lithonia, Georgia
Wow..Mr Petty is still running his scam after all of these years! I assume some people think that they can continue to take advantage of hard working people and it won't come back on them. Since he claims to be a christian, I am sure he is well aware of the scripture that you will reap what you sow.
Check out the Better Business Bureau for Visionary Property Investments..atleast that was the name of his company back in 2006..."F" rating. Regardless of the rebuttals from his current company, "F" rating speaks volumes about the integrity of this man and his company.
Unfortunately, there are innocent employees who don't have a clue and I hopere they get out before it is too late. Two of his former employees were working with me on some properties back in 2006 and once they became aware of who they were dealing with, they got out quick, fast and in a hurry!
Needless to say, the deal went south b/c the appraisals did not come back with the values that Mr Petty guaranteed and the contractor, myself and Hard Money Lender lost big time. You can guarantee that Mr Petty profited from the deal!
Mr Petty never returned phone calls and emails (which I still have to this day for times like this) and constantly gave me the run around. The contractor was fraustrated with Mr Petty and sent emails requesting that he stayed true to his word. I didn't know it at the time, but the contractor had even placed a lien on the property that I had just purchased b/c of his history with Visionary (I have the emails to prove it).
I will gladly join anyone who is pursuing legal action against Mr Petty and his fraudulent company. This behavior is unacceptable and he and his wife will eventually end up behind bars. Everything that they have scammed to get and hold on to will eventually be taken from them, just like the many families whose lives they have destroyed.
