Visions Fine Photography David Conn I never received my daughter's wedding album- still waiting 3 years later Rockville Center New York
My daughter got married 3 years ago and we are still waiting for my daughter's wedding album. David Conn met with us to choose the proofs, took our payment, and then never delivered the albums. What kind of wedding photographer never gives a bride her album? If we knew this would happen of course we would have never have hired him.
His former partner Hy Goldberg told me I could get my daughter's album if I sent him another $750 dollars, which I did because I didn't have the heart to tell my daughter what was going on ( this more than 1 year and possibly 2 years after the wedding- I don't remember) and I was able to get her an album after paying twice for the same product and bypassing David altogether. This was after many, many phones calls, texts, and emails literally begging for the photos for my daughter.
It is very upsetting to pay for a wedding album and never receive it. David stopped answering phone calls and obviously never had any intention of providing us with the services for which he took money up front.
This appears to be a pattern with him because I have seen various other complaints on the internet from other people. Although a pleasant enough fellow at the time of the wedding and up until he received his payment, afterwards there is nothing but aggravation when trying to get delivery of professional quality photos that were already paid for.
I regret using him and his company.
