Apparently after ordering some cards for a friend on May 24th, VPRT illegally and fraudulently used my credit card information to bill me for a service I never agreed to and never wanted, VP Rewards. To date, VPRT has fraudulently billed me $8.95 for May, and $14.95 each for June, July, and August.
To add further injury to the theft, when I called the supposed VPRewardsUS.com customer service number of 888-243-6185, I found myself in the Hell of looping automated-attendant instructions that never led me to an operator. I then went on the VPRewardsUS.com site to find a link to Customer Service. Probably by design, the information back from accessing Customer Service indicated the Customer Service site was down with no timeframe for when it would be back in operation.
I then went to the VistaPrint.com site in the hopes of finding a working link. All that was available on that site was a 1-800 phone number to India (1-800-961-2075). As a patriot and to minimize confusion from misunderstandings, I only talk to Customer Support personnel in the United States. When I asked Gregory in India to transfer me to someone in the U.S. he said VPRT Customer Support has no personnel here in the U.S., and the number he would give me (but not transfer me to) was a $1/minute number in the Caribbean. Instead, Gregory in India gave me a supposed customer service e-mail address of
[email protected] that turns out not to exist either.
