I have been an employee of VitaCube Systems since its inception. Your "Rip Off Report" was forwarded to me, and I want to set the record straight. VitaCube System sells top quality products that in no way could ever be considered "rip offs." In d**k's complaint of April 27, 2002, he alleges VitaCube is a rip off and is engaging in false advertising by listing a certain idividual as director of science and technology when that individual is no ongerwith the company. I assume the individual he is referring to is Dr. William Wheeler who was Director of Science and Technology at VitaCube from February 2001 until April 2002. However, VitaCube's website copy was promptly corrected to show this staffng change. Please visit www.vitacube.com and see for yourself that Dr. Wheeler is no longer listed as an employee of the company. I think it is important to note that d**k's complaint does not attack the quality of its products or its customer service. VitaCube is committed to prviding convenient, high quality products backed by scientific research and to ensuring customer satisfaction through top-notch customer service. I think this false report should be removed from this website as libelous to VitaCube, but the editors of the Rip Off Report have refused to do so. Their reply to me was very rude and insulting. They say that this rebuttal opportunity is an adequate remedy for VitaCube. I say they are perpetrating a "rip off" on the public by publishing information they know to be false.
