Vital Gear Web site is selling items off Amazon for almost a 300% mark up. Lexington Kentucky
Ordered two items from Vital Gear on 11-24-17. On 12-19-17 after no package, I was informed my credit card was flagged as fraud and they were keeping my items until I prove who I am. What? They've had my money almost a month. If it were flagged as fraud, why did my charge go through?
Contacted Vital Gear via email, supplied what they needed, then started looking in to who this company was and what they were about. After my request for a phone call went negelected, I tried to call them. I could not find a phone number. Anywere. Since this was an important Christmas Gift i was getting nervous. I cancelled the order since it had yet to be shippped and purchased a replacement through a company who would guarantee Christmas delivery. Vital Gear had almost a month to get me my items, I did not trust they would be able to get them to me before Christmas.
AFTER they shipped my orders, they answered my email requesting a cancellation, informring me that there are no refunds after shipment. What?
I received one item delivered from a place called Country Sales. The next item came from AMAZON, in an Amazon Prime box. When I looked it up on Amazon I found it to be less that a thrid of the price Vital Grear was selling it for. Even after I confronted them about this unscupulous practice, they still refused to issue a return and refund.
