Vitaley Auto Body Shop Vitaley Auto body is a Frauds & Liars Ripoff North Brunswick New Jersey
I'm reporting the nightmere that my son and I are experiencing with John the owner of Vataley bodyshop. About three months ago my son was given a quate for the body repair of his car-the total quate was $4428.90. He summited the quote to the insurance company -which issue my son a check for $3,428.90. my son try to give the check to vitaley alone with his deducteble of $1,000.00. John would not except the check. in the men time this check has been bouncing around. About a week ago I was able to deposit the check to my bank account. and to our surprized we just been informed that Vitaley is charging us $8448.90. another $4,000.00. I ask why is he charging that amount the quate was already summited to the insurance company three months ago for $4,428.90 he stated that thats the total for all the repairs. I simply sad you can do that, and He reply that unless payment in full be in hes hands soon he was going to place a lien on the car.
Now we are with no car because Vitaley will not release the car with out full payment. this body shop is out to make a buck, neverthe less he is a fraud and a liar and we are the victoms.
