I ordered a free sample and paid for the shipment on it I called them up and they told me that I am passed my 14 days and I'll all this money for my free sample there's no paperwork in it that stated I had so many days there's no paperwork stating that I'd be charged for this free sample and as far as I know I paid for the shipping and that was all I was obligated for .
