I bought some tickets for Rhianna on dec 10, 2015. A few days before the concert I could not find my tickets. I contacted vivid seats because I had bought me tickets with a credit card and had documentation of my purchase.n I called them and they said they had purchased from a third party and they had contacted them and they could not replace the tickets. Mi then went to Vivint Arena to see what I could do. I had my bank statement and a picture of the tickets. givens told me that if I could get Vivid seats to contact them and verify the tickets they would reprint them for me. vivid seats refused to call for me and I was not able to recover the tickets. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter and I lost $266 and they could have cared less. Not willing to help at all.
