vividseats total ripoff sent wrong ticket and would not refund internet
I bought a ticket fron vividseats 4 days later they sent me my ticket, I opened it up and it was a different row and seat, I called them and they told me the one I ordered was sold and this was an upgrade
I got onto their website and the one they sent me was $ 139 when the one I purchased was $ 259, they would not refund my money as they said due to market fluctuation mine was only worht $ 139 now and I would have to accept the one they sent me. This means the one I ordered was probably sold for a lot more than I paid and that is fruad and very crucrid
If any one decides to buy from these guys look at all the bad reviews first I wish I would have I am taking mine to court though as this is a contract issue as they did not send me what I ordered. despit their terms and conditions Buyers beware Fraud Fraud Fraud Fraud Fraud Fraud Fraud Dont use Dont useDont use Dont use Dont use dont use
