This company is a complete rip off. My cameras are never working which the sales Rep told me I shouldn't have any problems. The cameras are broke more than they are working. I have to constantly call and complain for them to try to fix the problem. One day my door sensor was not working, so I called in and was told they would send a new sensor and have someone come out and check the system,BUT not without charging  a fee. That's correct you have to pay $45 for a technician to come out and fix their broken equipment I have had problems with this company from day, and then they lock you into a 6 year contract which is worst than a car loan. I was told to cancel I would have to buy the contract out which is now about $4000! Another bad experience I had with them was a week after the equipment was installed the front door camera stop working. They told me I could find my own electrician to come fix it, and they would reimburse me for the cost up to $200 or I can wait until they find someone to send. Well that never happened! It was a month later and I was still waiting on someone. Then one day the camera just started working. It's two years and that technician still never came out. They scammed me into thinking that I would have 24 hour service with no issues, and that someone would come right out if I did have issues, and it has been a nitemare becuase that was all lies.
