vivint Beware when signing first contract . I had thought I signed up for a 2 yr promotion, but when I wanted to cancel my service pulled the contract was drawn for 4yrs. Horrible deception Then downgraded service should have paid 10.00 less a month , they never corrected either. Horrible business. Do not use!!! provo, Utah Nationwide
Beware****** This company does bad business and are very deceptive. Watch signing contracts on promotions, thought I signed a 2yr promo and they signed me up for 42 months. I tried to cancel not realizing that was done to learn this is what they had done to me. Also downgraded services should have been billed 10.00 less they would not even correct there billing.
Horrid business does not respect its customers *****Do Not USE ****** You will be sorry!!!

...if you don't read what you are signing BEFORE you sign it. Come on...it takes a thimble full of common sense to know you should read what you're getting into before agreeing to it! On your case, I'd avoid signing anything since you can't or won't read the contract but blame the merchant because of your lack of common sense!
