Vivint alarm systems Vivint is a total ripoff provo, Utah
This is our Third problem with this company. First it was a malfunctioning thermostat. Second was a security camera that did not work for months. NOW the carbon monoxide detector keeps going off and all the company would do was mail a replacement---it has been over 10 days and still no replacement. We get messages on our phone and the alarm panel saying device is not working. We contacted Vivint and all they did was disable the device so the alarm would not go off. We had to go buy a device just to keep our family safe. This company only cares about making money, your family's safety is not their concern. I wish them the same they have provided me---NOTHING but a continuous bill!!!!
