VMC Satellite ripoff ripoff business from hell Fairfax Virginia
My credit card was charged $49.99 for free satellite installation. When technican came to install the order was canceled due to additional supplies needed to secure satellite at townhouse (at the time of phone order I let them know I was living in a three story rented townhouse and it would have to be attached to a balcony--no problem they said!!). I then mailed the certificate back which I was sent to get free installation in order to receive my credit refund.
Several weeks passed and when I called for status they said they never got my certificate. Therefore I paid $49.99 for absolutely nothing but for a supervisor to tell me I was a liar and I was out the money until they acknowleged receipt...and they never will!
