WE ATTEMPTED TO GET THEIR PRODUCT AND WE WERE NOT APPROVED EVEN SO THEY TOOK $49.99 TWICE FROM MY MOTHERS ATM CARD.

WHEN WE CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE TO ASK THEM WHY THIS WAS DONE THEY SAID THEY DO NOT DEAL WITH THAT KIND OF STUFF, WE ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN CHARGE THEY SAID ALL WE HAVE IS A GENERAL MANAGER AND HE DOES NOT SPEAK TO THE PUBLIC THATS WHAT THEY WERE THERE FOR.

THEY SAID THAT THEY CANNOT RETURN ANY MONEY TO THE ATM CARD UNTIL WE RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE IN THE MAIL AND SEND IT BACK TO THEM

AND THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE US $20.00 FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO GET THE SATELLITE IN THEIR TERMS OF AGREEMENT IT SAID THERE WAS A $49.99 ACTIVATION FEE

BUT WE WERE NOT ACTIVATED, AND IT ALSO SAID THIS WAS FOR THE FIRST THREE MONTHS FOR THE SATELLITE WHEN IN THE ADVERTISMENT IT SAYS NO BILLS FOR THREE MONTHS AND FREE INSTALLATION

WE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GET OUR MONEY FROM THESE PEOPLE WE NEED HELP!!!!!!!!

Charles who are you supposed to be and why are you pretending to be an employee of VMC Satellite ? According to the response from Michael Lausten, manager of VMC Satellite, to my complaint filed with the BBB, you are "not employed by VMC satellite and were never authorized to act on behalf of our company" So, who is lieing here ?? sounds very suspicious to me, ya'll better just give it up and stop ripping people off, you've been caught in the act.

This customer placed one order in her name over the internet at 2:53pm on May 4, 2002. Then she placed another order in someone else's name at 3:24pm on May 4, 2002. She has not returned our merchandise to this day. Once she returns the merchandise, we will refund her in accordance with the Terms & Conditions she agreed to when she clicked the submit button. She wants to know how to get her money back? We informed her on May 8th how to do that. Return the certificates. Thanks for your time.
