We, too, have had nothing but problems with Voice Stream Wireless. We were Sol users before Voice Stream bought them out. Our first bill in May, 2001 was several hundred dollars over the actual cost. Our bill never varied much over $110. for both phones. I have stood in the local store for hours and spent hours on the phone with these people. Even the employees at their store are fed up with their unethical practices and lack of concern for their customers. They have taken off the overcharges, only to have them show up on the next bill as an unpaid balance, with even more overcharges added.

We have gone through this inconvience for eight months now. This month our service was disconnected a week before the bill was due. They refuse to take off any more overcharges and will not reconnect us without paying almost $500. in charges they say we owe. We have had it with them and intend to find an attorney this week to file against them. I have tried to research if there is a class action suit against them, but no luck yet.

How can a company like this stay in business?
