Complaint Review: Vom Wustenberger-land German Shepherds - Aqua Dulce California

Jeannette Kempkes should but her efforts toward taking care of this issue of this diseased dog and stop trying to divert attention away from the facts of this complaint with false accusations.

We have tried to contact Jeannette Kempkes using my personal email and by cell phone but never have received a reply.  We have left very polite voice messages but like she said a year ago has blocked my email. I have date stamped emails to back this up. I also have written proof by two different veterinarians.

An out of State animal lover emailed her to see if she would reply. She replied within 5 minutes when she thought she was making another sale. I emailed her again and no reply.

I can only assume that Ms. Kempkes is clearly delusional and now that she has been called out she must face the facts.

I know her puppy mill is on 5 acres and has a very, very large dirt train arena. She has dozens of dogs caged near this arena. She has cages hidden behind her house that are also full of dogs. She also has other dogs and puppies behind that. Most of the property is covered with dogs open to the elements.

The dogs cages are surrounded by flies that eat at the dogs ears. When we were there some of the dogs and puppies had no water. The original puppy we purchased had severe genetic problem which she reluctantly took back and swapped it with a dog she took from a dying man in Germany.

She has told us her neighbors are very upset with her operation as the dogs bark constantly. The Kempkes take extended trips to shows and to Germany which leaves the care of the dogs and puppies left behind in question.

This is from their own mouth and can be found in her reply above. Dated May 30, 2009 It is true we avoid this man like the Swine Flu! Wustenberger-Land really wants no more to do with him.

I suggest that you not take my word for it. Go visit here puppy mill yourself. Dont buy the initial charm of her and her husband, they are just another puppy mill operation.

Hello my name is Jeannette Kempkes I am the owner of WustenbergerLand Kennel.

We have a small quality breeding training facility that is licensed with a A rating and yes I have documents to prove this.

We compete interntionally with our German shepherd dogs. We always take top places. This too is doucmented.

We are in fact recommended by many veterinarians because of the quality of what we breed. This too can be proved.

We have not been contacted by Robert (Clete) in two years. The last time we spoke he was happy with his GSD and asked us if we could board his two GSD in our kennel.

This GSD in question was taken by me to our veterinarian for a complete physical this included blood work and x-rays of hips and elbows. The dog was given a clean bill of health this was done BEFORE we delivered the dog to Robert.

I have documents to prove what I am saying is the truth.

We have no evidence for us to think that this dog is in fact sick.

Last week we started getting fraudulent emails and these postings on rip off report.

These people are under investigation for email/internet abuse and fraud also ID fraud using our name for one of their email accounts. All of these emails are being forwarded to the proper authorities. Their contents is full of fowl abusive lanuage and lies.  

They have gone online and have many differnet email accounts under ficticous names.

By the way Nancy is NOT an employee of Wustenberger-Land just another one of this persons lies.

Unfortunately the response above is an employee of this puppy mill. The photos that are being assembled show a very large and spread out puppy mill. The dog that we bought was sold as show quality and a very good stud dog. It had to be put down due to of a genetic defect with his eyes which made him blind at only four years of age. This is caused by inbreeding with genetically defective dogs. Why do you think these people dump their show dogs by the age of four?

Unfortunately this puppy mill breeder sells many, many dogs and puppies that should be spayed or neutered as to protect the breed. Unfortunately Jen and Michael have put the dollar before the well being of the innocent animals.

As far as Cesar Millan goes I think after he is contacted about this breeder he will contact this webmaster and ask him to remove his name from this page.

I am glad to hear the neighbors are raising a concern about this puppy mill. It seems there is an even larger issue here than we first thought.

If you give them your money remember A fool and his money are soon parted.

These are false reports, the dogs for them are well loved , breed  and trained.

Micheal is one of the best dog trainers in the world and even Cesar Milan has been out to the facility.speaking of the ranch this is a small training and breeding facility, not a puppy mill. sure not every litter is show quality but these complaints sound like the puppies that are pet quality owners.These types want ten times the value for their investments. I know they do breed surveys and also health certs. for the common breed disorders. Or these bogus complaints are from the neighbor that dosen't want zoning for animal kennels in this case. I have vast knowledge of them and this is their lifes work not some b.s. setup.Shame on you for the spam. grow up.What you are doing is wrong. 

But , to anyone that wants a top show dog and can take the time to assist in training and enjoy the sport , learn a little about it 1st. these dogs are smarter than some of these people on here. Some of this is down right stocking totally nuts and I think they should contact the police and report this/these crazy people. I sure hope you get some pictures of when the pack follows him around after evening feeding its a thing to behold several dogs all at his comand and doing so freely.

I am not sure who wrote the rebuttal from this genetically challenged dog breeder but I can say that they are a LIAR!

Well it is true the first dog was breed by them but the rest of what they said is BS.  the first dog actually had Mange which is only comes from a puppy with a suppressed immune system caused by the mother dog having the same defect. The first puppy was returned because all its hair was falling out and its ears would not stand. Jen tried to glue them with horse glue but all it did was tear out its hair and infect its ear.

Anyway we have the proof the puppy had mange right from the vets report and tests. Jen said that they sold the dog to a family that knew it had health issues. I actually have that email.

Next the second dog was imported from Germany but. The owner had died and Micheal and Jen scooped  up the two puppies from Germany and brought them back here thinking they could pawn them off as German imports. The dog has never been able to gain weight because of a compromised immune system and now has a blindness causing Disease that has no cure. Again from a breeder with no regard against inbreeding.

As these two backyard breeders do not have the courage to contact a concerned buyer I would suggest you avoid buying from them and ask your local Vet who they would recommend.

We have had people who have offered to obtain video and still pictures using long range equipment. We are contacted a few neighbors who have offered their yards as a vantage point for surveillance. 

Why am I tipping these people off. It in hopes we can save some of the captive puppies and dogs in cages from any more abuse.

We sold Robert a puppy at eight weeks of age. We took the puppy back because he was not happy after having the puppy for six months. It is very true about his harassments with emails up to 20 emails in one day. All we wanted to do was get the puppy back and give him his money. No such luck he told us he wanted a better puppy one that cost much more, a German import I had brought back from one of my friends in Germany the sire is a noted top producing German VA dog. So this is what we did, took his pup back and gave him a import puppy that cost me double what he paid for his pup. We even hand delivered the new puppy to him and took the other one back. The last time we talked with Robert he was happy with the replacment. It is true we avoid this man like the Swine Flu! Wustenberger-Land really wants no more to do with him. If you are a small business avoid selling this man anything. I was told after selling Robert the puppy that he also had purchased a female GSD from another breeder and after some months started harassing her too. He kept it up for so long he was proud to tell me that she let him keep the dog plus this breeder actually gave him a partial refund! We are posting on this site because we need to protect ourselves however this is NOT something that we would normally do. The puppy we bred and took back is now over two years old, a nice looking male with no health issues or problems of any kind. He lives with a family who loves him and thinks he is a wonderfully bred handsome German shepherd dog. The way it was intended. Our home is located on a five acre parcel in Agua Dulce California The kennel area is on our property. It is licensed with the state of California with a grade "A" for excellence.

This breeder should be avoided at all costs. They come across, as loving, caring animal lovers at first but after they collect your money they become nothing more than an expensive dog mill, backyard breeder and dog trader. They advertise training German Shepherds, which they do, but with a very heavy and inhuman hand. The dogs are in an arena that is free of water and they are jerked around on a leather lead and a barbed chain collar. Our first purchase from them had to be returned due to the puppy's health issues, hair falling out and ear trouble. They exchanged the sick puppy, under protest and replaced it with a supposed import that they should have been neutered to avoid breeding. To them it's all about the look of impeccable character and spotless reputation. That's how they try and sell their dogs for $2500.00 up to $25,000.00. Their puppies and dogs are kept in cages that are void of human interaction or the ability to play with other puppies. After the year is up, after purchase they avoid you like the Swine Flu. They will contact you right away if you are a buyer waiving money in their faces but after they run to the bank a concerned buyer gets the German cold shoulder. Robert Newbury Park, California U.S.A.
