Vonage Phone Service Ripoff, FALSE Advertising! Need Class Action Lawsuit! Edison New Jersey
Vonage is a complete waste of money, time and energy! The time is going to come when there will be a class action lawsuit against this company for MAJOR false advertising. I had nothing but problems with the service.
No one in my area could call me, even those on my street. Anyone I talked to would get to hear themselves talking as an echo. Who would want to deal with that? I would hear my echo when I talked to anyone locally, which can be quite annoying.
I could not take the phone barely 5 feet away from the computer and router otherwise the person on the other end had a hard time hearing me. This is all after purchasing new phones that were quite expensive. So it was NOT my phone. Nor was it my internet connection. We have the fastest there is.
I informed them that their service SUCKED! and that even if they gave me service free for the rest of my life I would not switch back to them. It was pure hell to deal with.
