Vonage Rip-off! Lying Reps, Lazy Management! On hold for HOURS!!! New Jersey Internet
I initially signed up for Vonage Telephone Service (Voip) technology and was told by the rep I wanted to use the hardware from a different account. Nobody knows what they are doing at Vonage. Sign up with your local telephone service... less hassle and costs the same.... and you never have any connection issues!
