i saw their ad for $9.99 a month and thought that this was a great deal. Vonage never mentioned in the ad about this being a promotional rate. So we signed up. Started having issues with Vonage in February of 2015. They were taking $40 out of our bank account. I called them a few times and they still hadn't mentioned that it was a pronotional rate. I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and that is when I found out that the regular rate is $26.00. They still can't answer as to why they were charging us $40 a month! Thanks to the BBB, we were able to cancel our account with a cancellation fee of $22 instead of the $150 that they originally wanted. Do nto do business with this "company".
