Vonage Disconnected me on advance payments requiring reconnect fees changing billing policy of 12 years without advance notice, Port Saint Lucie Florida
As all phone companies do Vonage bills in advance requiring payment before services. After experiencing extensive service interruptions the first two years I elected to pay my bill after services were provided at the end of the month and I've been paying that way the past 8 years. This month I was shut off after 20 days without advance notice that their policy changed demanding a reconnect fee before restoring service.
