Voodoo Mystic Haven PAMELA LYNN SCHWAMB HOWARD SCHWAMB LYNN SCHWAMB Does all business transactions by money order or Western Union. After I paid the amount owed they refuse to continue corresponding by email to inform me of when they would send my item. They also are not detailed regarding shipping cost. Make sure you ask because they will charge you additional fees just because the owner has to travel(apparently) a hour to retrieve western union. I accidentally had the wrong state for Western Union listing and she charged me a additional 75$ instead of emailing or calling me while at the western union agent to allow me to fix the error before leaving. Voodoo mystic haven refuses to contact me regarding the shipment of my item after I have already paid for it. I have tried e-mail and calling number associated with the website. Please do not trust them like I did. I was in a desperate situation and needed help. Many untold extra shipping fees are added at a double the amount only because the owner claims to live a hour from town. Do not waste time or money.

Rip off report will not remove the report made by myself. Voodoo Mystic Haven and I have resolved our issues. The report I made was a irrational decision based on the timing of my current situation. I recommend them to anyone who wish to do business with them. Some sites clsim not to do business with those that accept western union but the owner of this establishment did not rip me off and the product arrived complete and on time.
