Adam Katz, Dogproblems.com Paid for E book, never received, total rip off. Internet
On February 24, 2006, I ordered an E Book from Adam Katz aka dogproblems.com. I paid with a credit card, and the amount charged was $49.97. I NEVER received the E book, and every email inquiry I sent was ignored.
In June, 2006, I filed a dispute for the charge with our credit card company. Unfortunately for me,I had waited too long to dispute this charge, because I had been emailing Adam Katz, believing he would make good on this. He NEVER did.
In mid-November 2006, I received a group email from Adam Katz, advertising his E books and videos. I emailed him that I had never received the E book I paid him for months before, and he FINALLY responded. (I suspect he did only because I threatented to expose him on this website) He denied he had sold me anything and pretty much called me a crook. I sent him the transaction number and he sent me another email saying, "what is it you want?" I would think he would have realized he had made a huge blunder and sent the E book I had paid for 9 months earlier, but that didn;t happen. Again, I was ignored......until yesterday, when once again, he sent another group email, advertising his E books and videos.
It has now been almost 10 months since I paid this guy $49.97 for nothing. He is nothing but a rip off, and I believe the public should be aware that he does takes your money and does not send the merchandise. I will be reporting him for Internet fraud, unless, of course, he finally does the right thing and sends me either the E book I paid him for or a full refund. I won't hold my breath. BUYER BEWARE of Adam Katz.

This character is delusional as I sent everything he requested and he still failed to resolve the issue. I finally went to Small claims Court and got a judgment but he hides his accounts in other people's names. IMO anyone who conducts themselves in this sleazy manner cannot be trusted. Do not purchase anything from this thief, you will regret it.
