I had the misfortune to have business dealings with Mr Epps. While I remained professional, Mr Epps would interject sexual, religious and racist comments into every conversation. He nearly had a meltdown because Obama was president. I asked that I not have to work with Mr Epps but my pleas fell on deaf ears. His behavior was considered normal in the toxic work spaces we shared. I’m pleased to say that our interactions only lasted a few months but it left a negative impression on me. A few months ago I was contacted by another employee that experienced the same behavior. We exchanged notes and decided to jointly report the behavior. I will update the results on this report.
