He then partnered with Phil Frohlich to put a small amount of debt onto the company after they changed the name to 4licensing Corporation. Shortly after that Wade Massad abandoned ship and withdrew from the board of directors, and shortly later 4licensing filed bankutcy, and Wade Massad, Phil Frohlich, Al Kahn, Kenneth Feldman, and Bruce Foster pulled off the heist of the remaining assets, after quickly moving the company to Oklahoma to file the bankruptcy under the radar.
Wade Massad is a loser who breached his fiduciary duty to shareholders at every turn. Avoid at all costs.
