Wagner Nutraceuticals Unauthorized deduction from my checking account, refusal to refund my account, very dissatisfied, product does not work Cincinnatti Ohio
I was under the impression that as long as you cancelled before your sample supply was finished, you would not be charged. My account was billed without my knowledge. I called and was told my account would not be credited, even though I expressed my dissatifaction with the product.
The Altovis "energy booster" is a farce, I actually felt more tire after taking it. Even explaining this, I was told there would be no refund. I asked to speak to a manager on 2 seperate occassions and was there weren't any available. The rep I spoke to was rude and refused to work with me at all and didn't seem to care that I did not like and would not be taking the product. I even offered to send the unopened product back at my expense and that was refused.
I will never order on line again, especially not from this company, it should be against the law to deduct money from someone's checking account without their concsent. I further explained that I had checks bounce because of the $70.00 the stole from me. That didn't seem to matter either. I just wonder how many other people they have stolen money from. Especially when the product is garbage.
