Wal-mart - Charleen Assisant Manager Bad Employee Ripoff Lincoln Illinois
Every time my wife and I enter the Lincoln Wal-mart store there is a short blonde manager named Charleen that hits on me every time that I go to this store. This manager will smile and say hi to me but will not acknowlage my wife. Which makes my wife uneasy and upset.
Now that she has heard my wife complaining to me about her, this manager enforces to hit on me even more, for instants i was standing in line to check out and this Charleen manager came up behinde me and gave a rude look to my wife and slightly rubed my back as she passed me by going to another register.
It made my wife really upset and I tired to call the store manager but he was not in and I never recieved a call back from anyone from this store. My wife and I are tired of this ongoing what seems to us harassment.
We want something done so we dont have to go in a file a harassment complanint. My wife is already talking to friends and family about this situation, whichs means if enough word gets out then Wal-mart will lose alot of customers.

Have family/friends go with you and talk to manager after wittnessing harrasment.

Next time have some family or friends go in with you as witnesses, but have them stay back a bit. When the women starts flirting with you, touching you, immedatly go and see if you can't get hold of a manager and tell him/her whats going on. Have your friends or family back you up (becausae they would have seen it as well) telling you that this women was touching and flirting with you. She might get repermaned or something. Hope this advice helps. p.s. I am sure that if me and my b/f were in your shoes I would have thrown a punch a long time from now. especially after she had touched him. I wouldn't have cared about the consequense but I would have knoked her out. lol.
