Wal Mart - Connect Internet Service ripoff fraudulent billing Internet
i had the 700 hours free trial disc,for wmconnect.com, started it in the middle of june 2006 i never even came close to using the 700 hrs. they emailed me a letter saying they were debiting my account and asked how i liked the service..
I emailed them back and told them it " sucked" and i was not going to continue their service. they cut me off that very hour. so i had no more internet. i called another internet server and got it..(much better service). we definately need a class action lawsuit on these idiots, as they have taken money out of my checking account where my ss check goes to...thats illegal and i never gave them permission to do that anyway.i called to make sure they cancelled, and they ignore me, and are stupid and rude. and there it is on my bank statement anyway.
we are in oregon..i cannot believe all the horror stories i am reading on this from "every state". why is the united states attorney general letting them do fraudulent and unlawful business practices this way? i am going to call my attorney general here in oregon, please call yours and maybe they can stop them and make them pay us all back.
