WAL MART CONNECT they charged me internet time I did not use. IT"S NOT FREE, it's a tricky way to get your credit card number and charge you Deridder Louisiana
I got one of those Free CD's from Wal-Mart with 700 hours of supposedly free internet service. I installed it in my computer and from the get go had troubles. I never could get on the internet. With some help from a friend I did make it on a couple of times, and from what I understood this was suppose to be on my free 700 hours of internet time.
I called and talked to a lady and told her I wanted to disconnect, she assured me that she did that.
Next thing I see I'm charged on my credit card for a months internet that I did not use, and they refuse to remove it from my bill.
This internet service is a rip off!! Do not fall for the free 700 hundred hours, IT"S NOT FREE, it's a tricky way to get your credit card number and charge you.
Their customer service stinks, and just like in their stores No One can help you.
