Oh they are sooo slick! I thought I finally (after 8 months) got it through their thick skulls that I wanted to cancel wmconnect service..... July 28th, I finally got a cancellation number from them! I was free.... until today. Today I rec'd a letter from them in the mail thanking me for continuing my service!!!! They even said they rec'd a phone call from me on said date confirming I wanted to continue my service! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? Please, someone with the means to do so, please start a class action lawsuit against walmart and compuserve for their deceptive billing practices, etc. This is ridiculous!!!!
