Well due to Unforseeing Circumstances I had to purchase a "Reloadable "3-2-1 Walmart Money Card,

and it worked well at first,but after about a month and a half it quit working ,it didnt work for  any internet purchases ,so I decided to go a buy another one ,same card ,I thought it would fix the problem...WRONG... still did not work,so I went back to get my money back ...$500.00 Dlls ,I had put in a card less than an hour before,...they would not refund my money ,giving me some lame excuses and wanting to give only a gift card ,when just less than an hour before they got my $500 cash...

I called the police and now they changed their story ,saying that they have to let the funds clear first ,when I know that if they scan the card they can tell that the money is there.

I KNOW THAT SOME PEOPLE IS IN SOME SITUATIONS AND HAVE TO USE THIS SERVICE ,BUT LET ME TELL YOU, THIS IS NOT THE ANSWER.

i needed the money in that card to pay for my car insurance and it did not serve the purpose ,so i should have gotten my money back.

How did you pay for the card? Was it really cash payment? That is a huge amount of money in cash in hand at a time. Not saying that it is impossible, but it is just a strange situation.
