Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had a friend that required a service dog to be with him. So as it said Service Animals Permitted on the door we went in and had a problem with them not letting my friend in with the service animal and was real smart alecs about it. One time we had this black woman who was a liar as I nor my friend ever saw her nor did she ever speak to us named Diphendra I believe can't remember. Anyhow she claimed that she told my friend not to bring the dog into the store. problem everytime the dog was there i was there except once where Finley another smart alec told my friend not to come into the store and my friend had to wait by the garden center. Anyhow back to the lying black woman she even requested the cops to escort us of the property we showed the cops the legal documents and he said that we were right but he had to do what they said so we left. To this day we hate that walmart for what they did. There is also a guy named Jeff that still works there and he had a problem with us bringing in the service animal. So I would suggest that since Wal-Mart can't follow the Federal ADA Laws that they take the sign "Service Animals Permitted" down. Here I got this from: http://www.oag.state.ny.us/press/reports/service_animal_report.pdf

See Stan v. Wal-Mart Stores East, Inc., 111 F.

Supp. 2d 119 (N.D.N.Y. 2000) (on three separate occasions legally blind shopper was inappropriately challenged when trying to enter retail store accompanied by a service dog). So I believe that they owe us a sincere apology for being the smart alecs that they were and a lump sum of cash as I believe people who knowingly do wrong like them should have to pay but then again from what I see on this site there are plenty of people being ripped off by Wal-Mart. Now to the German Discrimination part. I and another person tried to get a job at that location and me and the other person talked to a person named Susan who is a bad liar. First she calls the person I know 3 weeks before Christmas calling that person about the application they put in so Susan says that they need Cashiers and that they would train and that person told Susan to go ahead and put them down for it. Then me and the person went to Susan who again is a bad liar as I could see right through what she said. First she says she stopped hiring people 1 week before christmas then why would Susan call that person 3 weeks before. Then to make the long story short Susan told that person infront of me that she hired all the cashiers she needed. That person is German and 64 years of age and has more experience than Susan will ever have. I don't think it's right how they are in that store but then again seems like all of Whitfield County and Murray County is like that where they have smart alec people where they think they can treat anyone how they want to. As for the Service Animal incident we never did get a sincere apology from them. They say Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed and all this other stuff, it's not true.

Or it could be the fact that the person is 64! Of course it's illegal to not hire someone based on age, but if they look like they might retire ine 6 mos, why waste the time and money training them, no matter how much experience they have. And as far as the service dog, is your friend blind, in which case it would be obvious what the disability is. Or is it some other disability, such as epilepsy? It is possible that they didn't believe that the person was disabled (which he obviously was becuase he had the paperwork showing so). If he does have some disability they wouldn't notice, then it just shows the ignorance of the wal-mart employees are when it comes to people with disabilities. And for the record I haven't shopped at wal-mart in about 6 months becuase their employees are all idiots and I feel stupid and dirty just walking into their stores

I think you're kinda reaching on the German discrimination part. Sounds like she just messed up and hired too man people and wanted to cover her tracks.
