walmart connect has taken another payment out of my bank for the month of june '06!! they will not listen! I called them and they told me several lies on the phone! they stated that 'someone' had reactivated the account by double clicking on the walmart connect icon on my computer!! what an incredible lie! first of all,I don't even have walmart connect on my computer, and wouldn't it be criminal to start a service back up without my consent? then the rep stated that they could not disconnect without my husband on the phone! that's not what they said a month ago! I gave them the disconnect conf. # that I was given last month when I called, but to no avail. the rep would not even accept the number! she insisted that my husband be on the phone! when he got on the phone that's when she stated again that he or someone had reactivated the account. My husband and I have made a dozen calls and emails this morning about this. when will someone listen? we have contacted our state's consumer affairs department.....they are sending out a complaint form to fill out......we have sent in the forms for our TV consumer reporter to do a story....we have contacted walmart district offices...(waiting on a call back from them)...we have emailed our regional newspaper consumer reporter. I have indeed stopped shopping at walmart stores, walmart.com, and certainly never want anything else to do with walmart connect.
