Hello, I made a purchase at Wal-Mart.com and had it sent back to there warehouses because they was sending it to the WRONG address. I confirmed with fedex that the items where all returned. I contacted Wal-Mart corporate relations and was spoken to very rudely and told owell. I was told I won't be receiving any refund and I won't be receiving my items either. Several representatives here, melanie H, princess, Elena muhkin spoke to me very rudely and used poor language and laughed at my situation. I was told that my account has been blocked from shopping here and I won't receive any refund for this. I was told that my account is noted that I'm a disgruntled customer and not to do anything for me.
