WAL-MART WAL-MART IS THE DARLING OF LABOR ATTORNEYS AND CLASS ACTION ATTORNEYS cheated employees and screwed the customers even more Nationwide
I love reading some of the rebuttals from Wal-Mart employees about how wonderful and caring their customer service is.
Well, once upon a time, it was, back in the day before all of the investigations by the US Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division, the class action suits filed by current and former employees, and lest we forget, the major effort Wal-Mart is making to thwart attempts to possibly unionize in some places.
I personally could not work customer service or retail, as I am far too outspoken to do it successfully, and God bless those of you who can deal with the public day in and day out. From all of the information and new stories I have read about how Wal-Mart managers force their employees to work overtime off of the clock, come in on days off without pay, etc., hell, I would be unhappy as well. I do know people who have worked for Wal-Mart in the past and they said it was once a great place to work, before Sam Walton passed away.
