It amazes me that so many customers try to blame a store because they don't read. They expect everyone else to be responsible, but not them. Perhaps you aren't smart enough to own a phone, since you obviously can't even buy the correct card for it. Many people buy prepaid cards that aren't even for the phone they own. Then they want a refund, yet the card itself clearly states that they are non-refundable. Please take responsiblity for your own ignorance.

You should have read the details a little better. Tracphone is a pre-paid service that unless you add more units (time paid in advance) your phone number will EXPIRE. The $99 card you bought only allows you to keep your number for 1 year without loosing your number. I only know this because I used to work in a Best Buy (not for Best Buy) and they sold Tracphone there too.
