Wall Street Underground (aka: eWSU) consumer fraud ripoff ,screwed others too, fraudulent ripoff business, fraudulent ripoff business Merriam Kansas
I subscribed to the eWSU on 5/31/2001, Wall Street Underground report for $5,000, after 42 days I decided that I wanted to cancel my subscription.
They stated that If I was not completely satisfied, at any time I can call and cancel and get a refund on the unused portion of my subscription.
After almost 9 months of trying to collect my money and getting the run around, I still have not received my refund. John Merrill is the person in charge of the refunds keeps telling my that it takes 90 days to process the refund.
On March 3, 2002 I sent a certified letter stating that if I don't get my refund check sent to me I would be contacting the USPS for mail fraud, Kansas Attorney Generals Office and the Colorado Attorney Generals Office.
Today April 2, 2002, I spoke with John Merrill and asked about my refund check and he proceded to give me the run around again. I informed him that I would be filling a report with the USPS for mail fraud and the Kansas and Colorado Attorney Generals office.
