Teresa- 1) There have been other complaints about WalMart internet service on this site, one of which listed the phone # for the corporate office. Call that number and complain. Don't stop until you reach a person who has clout within the corporation. Demand a full refund, as well as complete and total cancellation of your account. 2) Dispute the charge(s) with your credit card company. Not only that, but draft and send a letter to your CC company, again contesting the charge(s). There is usually a separate mailing address - apart from the address used for paying your monthly CC bill - for doing this; ask the rep at your CC company for the address. -IF THAT DOESN'T WORK- 3) Get in touch with the TX Atty General's Office (www.oag.state.tx.us) and click the "Consumer Protection" hyperlink. Follow directions from there. -AND- 4) File a report with the Attorney Gen's office in the state in which WalMart is based (I think it's California, but you'll have to look it up) 5) If necessary, file a report with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org). 6) Go to the U.S. Dep't of Justice website and read about internet fraud(http://www.usdoj.gov/criminal/fraud/Internet.htm) File a report with the FBI's internet fraud division (www.ifccfbi.gov), if necessary.
