Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I have been ripped of by T mobile more than once. I ringed my credit in2008 buy defaulting on a2 yr contract with Tmobile. T mobile left me no choice..either continue to be incredibly over charged or walk away and sacrifice my credit . I chose the later. I should have known better by my experience with T mobile but I thought "what's the harm?there's no contract" when I came across Walmarts My Family Mobile by Tmobile I have read complaints and ,no joke, experienced about 80% of the same things. Dealt with rude , incompetent Customer reps. Who blatantly lie and resolve NOTHING. I have been over charged. I found out recently that on a old walmart FM(family mobile) plan (that i haven't used I years) I'm being charged & being threatened to be turned in to credit bureau. And now my current service its bad. My high speed internet, that I pay for, has not reset in months. Even though t mobile denys it. My Bill was supposed to be 35$ a month. Every month for the past 6 months i have called & argued about false charges ... Normal people understand when I pay my Bill in full( every month) and my remaining balance is ZERO. There should be no RESIDUAL CHARGES . or any fees caring over to the next month Right? Not according to Tmobile and walmart! They use New Math or some thing because Every month my Bill gets bigger and bigger. $51+ is my latest payment. I have stayed on my current because i can not risk another dent from tmobile on my credit, even though I'm under no contract. My phone is a tmobile phone . BELIEVE me if i could afford a new phone (with out paying another dime to tmobile)&a credit ding,I'd toss this sim card and phone in the river, in a heart beat. Feel like I'm held hostage. If i knew then what i know now, i would have never given t mobile a shot So Sick of tmobile I've considered looking intro a class action suit.

CLASS ACTION

#2Consumer Comment

Tue, September 06, 2016

I could not agree more with class action against cell coverage carrier T-Mobile and MyFamilyMobile. T-Mobile compromised my accounts, creating so many financial complications from false overcharges and the mistaken sale of my identification that I sought refuge in another carrier. Unfortunately, MyFamilyMobile (MFM) is in the T-Mobile network and no better. At this time, September 2016, Supervisory MFM representatives deny any relationship with T-Mobile. They have an electronic  payment processing problem that benefits the company. Financial "mistakes", electronic "errors" always seem to benefit the Corporation... In this incident, the online payment system failed, forcing individuals to pay additional Customer Service (CS) processing fees. If CS is unable to remedy the situation, your account will go into suspension.

All calls, text msgs and internet are blocked with exception to dial their Mexican refugee call center. Most representatives answering calls have a heavy Spanish accent and sound indifferent, justify bad-faith business practices and displace blame onto the customer and the customer's bank. Not one representative I've spoken with, or who's responded in writing, makes any sense. Their system intentionally disrupts service for alleged non-payment when their system rejects payment. They misinterprete every English word spoken or written, frustrating the process beyond customer limitations. As a solution, perhaps customers need to isolate T-Mobile and MFM representatives, individually and corporately from the rest of the world just like they are doing to Americans.

There are a number of T-Mobile stores that could be compromised similarly, but be wise and develop the means to implement a plan to institute changes at the corporate level. Subjecting those in high places to compromises, mirrors the image of customers they've attempted to distroy. T-Mobile offices are located in Washington state, 12920 SE 38th Street Bellevue WA 98006 according to google search. If there is actual interest in a class action or other direct contact to initiate change, please contact me to coordinate implementation efforts for those improvements. Peace!
