Walmart Money Card Greendot, GE Bank Card Blocked after Walmart Moneycard received my federal tax refund Pasadena California
I applied and received a walmart money card through the mail to use for my tax refund. On 2/10/16 my federal tax refund was added to my card in strickly my name. I received an email stating that my card had been blocked due to unusal transcations and that I would need to provide my state ID to verify my idenity. I submitted my valid ID thru their website portal the same day.
I was then notified that they received my document and it would take 2 business days for review. It has now been past the 2 days and I cannot get thru to anyone on line. I had my mother call using her walmart money card and when we get to a live person and I begin speaking about my card I am just told that my card is blocked and to check the website after two businessdays. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and the reps who are located in the Phillipeens tell me they cannot transfer me to a supervisor.
I am a single parent with a 3 month old and 1 year old. I was expecting this money last wednesday per the IRS website and now I have no money at all to care for my children. Please help me
