On Feb 12th 2014 I disputed 5 unauthorized charges on my Wall-Mart Money MasterCard which is now provided by The Rip off Artist con artist at Green Dot. I filled a written dispute form had to pay to fax it to them (All other Visa & MasterCard Providers use the industry standard Method With Recorded Sworn Statement). My computer was infected with a program, and someone created a email oon my behalf without my knowledge and my card compromised along with other information.
Upon discovery I atempted to contact each merchant to find out why I'M BEING CHARGED! Becuase I had no knowledge of the email being used, no knlowge of the password, other than I could verify my old card information. I noticed that each web sites I visted where using the same webpage formats, the same customer service rep with the same name only difference each used different phone number, but they where in the same city in CA, all were tied to where sex sites in located in Russia.
Its hard to belive that provides no supportt, does not care, no on in Wall Mart will provide any type of asstience. Why, its all about making money, in fact Wall-Mart supports theses denials, it is clear look who the hide behind with the likes of GE Capital and Green Dot Bank (Cons) to mange their money generating machine. I had to pay $3.00 to file a ligitiamte dispute and pay $20.00 to get a new Master Card from Green Dot,
then I'm informened by Green Dot Bank Customer service they contacted each rouge merchant based on thier findings that I was wrong and the merchants are right to fruduently charge my account, when I questioned Green Dot Bank whos IP and SNID address used my information, Green Dot was clueless and didnt give a dam. For all I know Green Dot Reveresed charges and pocketed my money for profit splits between Green Dot and Wall Mart. I even pointed out the FBI has warnings about the companies who obtained my information were not ligate.
WHY IN THE HELL DOES WALL MART MANAGEMENT FIND THIS AS ACCEPTABLE OF SCREWING CUSTOMERS, I KNOW MOST CUSTOMERS CAN NOT GAIN A CHECKING ACCOUNT, I USE THE SERVICE BECAUSE I USED TO GET DECENT FUEL DISCOUNTS (I GET BETTER DISCOUNTS AT KROGER AND I SAVE MORE ON ABOUT 75% OF OUR HOUSEHOLD NEEDS) AND TO MANAGE MY ALLOWANCES, BUT IN ALL DUE RESPECT WALL-MART WANTS TO PROMOTE MONEY GENERATING SHADY SERVICES PROVIDED BY GE CAPITAL AND GREEN DOT AS GOOD PROFITABLE BUSINESS MODEL!!!
