Walmart Supercenters ripoff I had to take Wal-Mart to court to get workmans comp Bentonville Arkansas
I was hurt on the job, after sending me to three of there doctors the last one said I was at my maxium inprovment and signed off on my case and gave me a 2% disability rate.
I could not walk my knee was giving out on me,I asked to go back to the doctor and was denied.
So I went to my own doctor he put me out of work and sent me to a specialist. I had osteoarthritis in my right knee. They did a MRI; the doctor said all my cartledge was gone and I was bone on bone.
I had to take Wal-Mart to court to get workmans comp. They lost there case they apealed and lost that as well.This accident occured in July of 2001. Wal-Mart has still not paid for my medical bills. They won't answer any of my lawyers calls or letters.
My lawyer has filed a non complance suit against them. We still have not heard from Wal-Mart. I am getting doctors bill threating to turn me into collection. This will affect my credit.
