On Cyber monday there was an online advertisement on Walmart.com for a computer bundle HP Desktop PC and HP Touchpad Tablet bundle offer for $349.00.  Ad stated it was an online offering only and was in stock. 

Since I couldn't believe what a great deal it was I took a photo of the advertisement and emailed my sister and had her order one too.  I have an email from Walmart customer service stating that the tablet will be included with my order. 

Needless to say, Walmart now states they ran out of the HP tablets approximately 5 days prior and would not be fulfilling the orders even though it was purchased in good faith.  The Customer Service Rep i spoke to stated he has received many, many calls and was recommending that people cancel their orders.  I believe they were trying to get them to cancel so they would not have a potentia class action lawsuit for false advertising and misleading ads. 

I called their 1-800 number as did my sister, was put on hold for over 20 minutes, hung up on more than one occasion.  I began to email them so I would have a paper trail.  They stated that there was an additional fee for the tablet and I was not charged for it, although no where on the advertisements that i printed or took phtos of was there any mention of additional fees.  They explained they could not take down the website in time but amazingly enough after I brought it to their attention they were able to remove it right away.
