    I ordered products from walmart.com and they charged my card right away. after 2 weeks I get a email saying the procuct is delayed and please be paitent. days later I get another imail saying the product was lost or damaged and a refund will be processed but can take up to 10 days? ( it took them 10 seconds to take my money so why does it take up to 10 days for a refund?). durring a chat with customer service all they could offer was "I'm sorry" and after several minutes they offered free shipping. I explained that there was no shipping as it was site to store which is still 15 miles one way from my house. So an extra trip would cost me more than $10 according to IRS reimbirsment auto costs. I asked for $15 credit to cover the extra costs and extra trip but they said the system would only allow them a $10 credit. In the end the customer service person "Kyle" disconnected our chat intentionally as he stated he was going to do. The following day I find they sent me by email a $15 credit which was something he said he cant do. So I can only figure that they lie and try and get way as cheep as possable when they clearly have the ability to give more than a $10 credit. Clearly they are dishonest as to what they can and cant do. Turns out that the product was sent to the store but since walmart cancled the order by their choice the product could not be purchased by me and they said I would have to reorder and prepay again. Fool me once shame on them, fool me twice shame on me. Order online from amazon or ebay or any variety of stores that offer onnline purchases!

    Additionally I dont think they are suppose to charge a card if they dont have the product or untill the product is being shippped.

Walmart contacted me by email and gave me an offer that I thought was fair on both sides and so they have made good on their buisenness practices of treating the customer right. interesting what two open minded people can accomplish when they try. Thanks Walmart.
