I thought I had won $3000.00 for a holiday in Orlando, Florida when I got a message in my computer.

I rang the local Australia phone no only to be diverted to a number in Florida USA and spoke to Maria Rivera then Lynn McGhee, two american ladies on the other side. They assured me I was not paying for the call! (OMG! I hope not)

They both tried to convince me how lucky I was to become the winner and what a deal I was getting. What a scam!!! Maria went through all details of my winnings and our itineraries that includeded luxurious front beach accommodation in Orlando, free hire car, cruise to Costa Rica and Bahamas. When I asked her if I was required to pay monies today she was very evasive and put me through to Lynn. Lynn then asked me for $89800. US dollar (approx AUS$1,100.00) to secure this winning in advance for later use, that will be on hold for the next 18 months. I had to ask her three times if I had to part with any funds today as she kept telling me what a great deal I was getting.

She requested that I should notify them 4 weeks in advance so she or her company can accommodate our travel. When I told he I was unable to part with these funds without discussing with my husband first, she became quite indignant. She requested I go to the last window 850florida.com and to click onto the Guest Login which I did. I again asked her If I had to pay anything today as I needed to ask my husband first. She then said 'what wife needs to discuss getting a discount with her husband first' then she hung up on me!!

WHAT A SCAM! As I told her, I've won $3000 as what it appeared on my computer and all I have to do is to click the voucher# to claim my winning….nothing was mentioned from the onset that I should be forking out approx $1100.00

My advise is be extremely careful of these competitions that appear on your computer as 'pop ups' or any other competions out there. It is certainly NO Competition, just a HUGE riff-off.

The Title 'Disney World' was very clearly written at the top of the Pop Up Advertisemnt and this is very misleading.

I suggest Disney World invesitage this and go after these culprits themselves instead of going after people who were mislead into believing they had WON a prize from Disney World!

After clicking onto a number on that site yop are then directed into the site I posted.

Disney World should do their own invesitigations as it looks like I am NOT the only person being conned here!

I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Disney comes after you for SLANDER!  If you look at YOUR OWN pictures, the website is NOT Disney but someone else.  Its right there at the top so anybody...including you...can see if you would have taken the opportunity to READ before talking out of the wrong orifice!
