Wang Gang Counterfeit goods arrived damaged by water (drenched !) Shanghaishi MinHangQu, SHANGHAI
First of all, I was not aware that I was ordering from this company in China; it is too far away. I placed order for Canadian Goose jacket (of which I already own two). The jacket arrived, its packaging soaking wet the jacket was also soaking wet and smelled of fish. I hung the jacket up to dry; I could see when dry that the fabric was not typical of Canadian Goose, so I think it is counterfiet. The jacket looks quite bad after its saturation. I am not sure how to return this item, since withrin the package there was no "return label" as we are accustomed to in USA. Please provide an acknowledgement of this complaint by e-mail. I was unable to connect with Wang Gang (no e-amil or website available), so my credit card company will process my dispute. Thank you very much.
