Wanner Ford has the worst customer sevice ever. My wife and I went to Wanner Ford looking to by and good used car. We decided on a Saturn Aura. One of the features it was advertised too have was keyless entry. When we test drove the car the keyless entry did not work. Raymond Cwynar, the salesman, said maybe the keyless remotes just needed new batteries. Well, we decided to buy the Saturn, because it is a really nice car. We also, got a really good deal on the trade-in. How ever when we went too pick up the car the keyless remotes still did not work, and we where told again they probably just needed new batteries. So we went and put new batteries in them, and they still did not work. Well, my wife called the salesman ( Raymond ) to see about getting this fixed , and he said he would call her back. He did not call her back. She tried repeatedly for a week calling to get and answer, and was told repeatedly someone would call her back, and they did not call her back. She was told once by Raymond that he did not think that this was coverd under the waranty. So I will never by and new car or another used car ever again from Wanner Ford. I am also telling everybody I know never too do any buisness with Wanner Ford. Too me me good customer service is the most importent part of any buisness, and Wanner F ord sucks.

why would he want to help you now? ALWAYS get everything taken care of BEFORE you buy. As far as I know Autozone can test the remotes for you.  Can probably get ya a new one too.

May just need to be reprogrammed.  Also read your owners manual, you may have to "activate" the keyless on your radio or something.

If everything else works, not the end of the world.
