I just ordered my 30 day supply for free with only shipping charges. I saw the "upgrade your supply" information, I clicked on it to find out more about it, not to actually order it and the form then jumps to a new page that thanks you for upgrading your order. I would think that it would have you confirm your upgrade, just like it did with the initial order. A simple change in the ordering process can illiminate disputes like this one. I am not gong to dispute my order, as I did see what I did, and have many hopes in this product, so if it does what it says it does, then $109.50 for a 5 month supply will be well worth it.

After 3 weeks, Avlimil finally credit my bank account, but only after they received their shipment back. This caused so much unnecessary stress & heartache. Because they depleted my bank account, I almost wasnt able to have my wedding dress bustled/cleaned! My bank was absolutely WORTHLESS! I contacted Compass Bank to inform them of the unauthorized charges, and they sent me in circles. One person offered a "provisional credit" while they investigated the situation, but no one was able to authorize that. I two hours, I spoke to 14 different people at the bank, and no one would help me in any way. I also contacted the Ohio Attorney General's office, who told me it could take up to 90 days for a resolution. When they contacted Warner Health Care, they responded to the AG with "Her account has been credited. This has been resolved". They offered no explanation as to why they run their business like this or any guarantee that this won't happen to other consumers. The Ohio AG seemed to be satisfied with this response, but I'm not! My advice - STAY AWAY FROM AVLIMIL!!!!!!!

Vanessa, you must contact your bank and file an unauthorized debit complaint with them. I don't know where you bank, but I had a similar situation after purchasing another product from tv, and my bank immediately put the funds back into my account, then went after the company who wrongfully debited my account. Best wishes on your upcoming marriage!
