Here are the balance of the facts: 1. I took the AVILMIL pills for 15 days, and did not like the way they made me feel. I Contacted Warner Health Care and requested that they close the account. 2. I marked all subsequent shipments 'Return to Sender - Refused' and placed the shipment back in the mail box. 3. I contacted my Visa credit card company and had them reverse the $70.00 for two shipments and instructed the credit card company not to accept any further charges from Warner Health Care. The credit card company has complied and Warner Heath Care is no longer being paid. However, the $70.00 has yet to be credited back from Warner Health Care. 4. I filed a report with your web site today. 5. I again (for the fourth time) contacted Warner Health Care and requested that they stop any further shipments and charges. They said that the account has been closed. I was informed that Warner Health Care never received any of the returned shipments. I do not believe them. I believe that the company repackages the returned shipments and sends them to someone else and never records the return shipment. 6. This company is unethical and unscrupulous.
