We sell those "bad" extended warranties on our products. Understand the warranty company,- they are organised like a (health) insurance.. They don't actually fix your system, instead they will send a contractor to do it and pay them... Why are you upset with them? They offered you a solution, right? There are just not enough technicians around for every single brand that are willing to put up with often moody and flaky, complicated home customers... Don't blame warrantech for that... Instead, ask them to pay for the shipping, and they will..!
